New Year -

This new year has come a lot faster than I expected; it feels like just last month I had joined the IHC. I am extremely nervous for the year coming because it's my grading year so I want to make sure that I'm doing the best to my ability so that I can achieve my black belt. Even though I have a schedule that works, I'm still overthinking that I will end up failing. There will obviously be ups and downs throughout the whole year, but still moving up. I will try to do my very best to succeed. And even if I don't succeed in getting my black belt I have learnt a lot and tried my best.

Morning, Evening -

With the chinese new year approaching I have been going through all the requirements again and trying to figuring out if there is a more successful way of doing thinks this coming year. One thing I have already started doing is that I have moved when I do my main workouts to the morning instead of doing them after school when I get home from. I feel like doing it this way has been more beneficial towards me because I would sometimes not do them and I would end up not having enough time to get them done. But now I'm doing them before I get ready for the day and it just puts me in a better mood for the rest of the day. It has also been nice because doing them in the morning means that I get to workout with my dad and sibling(Noa), so its more fun and enjoyable than doing them alone.

Warm-up -

I have been doing the warm-up occasionally in class. Doing the warm-up is easier than it was the first time doing it, which makes sense. When I do the warm-up I sort of don't get really tired, probably because I am to worried about talking in front of other people. And I normal end up forgetting some numbers, which makes it interesting. Its still challenging doing the warm-up because I don't really like talking in front of others, it just makes me nervous. But overall I enjoy doing the warm-up, and its fun to do really hard things and make every one really tired.
