Morning, Evening -

With the chinese new year approaching I have been going through all the requirements again and trying to figuring out if there is a more successful way of doing thinks this coming year. One thing I have already started doing is that I have moved when I do my main workouts to the morning instead of doing them after school when I get home from. I feel like doing it this way has been more beneficial towards me because I would sometimes not do them and I would end up not having enough time to get them done. But now I'm doing them before I get ready for the day and it just puts me in a better mood for the rest of the day. It has also been nice because doing them in the morning means that I get to workout with my dad and sibling(Noa), so its more fun and enjoyable than doing them alone.
