Routine -
This week has been quite a good week. I have had a pretty good routine for my requirements (push-ups and sit-ups) for the last two weeks. I think when I have a good routine it puts me in a whole different, better mood than when I don't have one. So I have been feeling pretty good about my kung fu. I should of been doing it before but at least I am now and going to keep doing it. It's way better than feeling guilty for not doing it. And I have blogged!!! And will next week as well.
