Stances -

Over this week I have been thinking more about my stance. My stances are normally too high, and to fix this I have to lower my centre. This sounds cheesy but it's like you have to feel grounded and sort of attached to the ground instead of just standing on top of it. So you need to sink into the ground. I needed to make my stances (bo-stance) wider as well. For my horse-stance I have to push my knee's out, so they are not coming inwards. Going to keep working on it because it will probably take a will to work in!!
