Stuff -
I have been doing good with my push-ups and sit-ups but guess not really good with my other requirements, like my forms. Although with my weapon form I have changed where I start the 15 and 30 second marks, instead of starting at the beginning like I used to do. So now it will be more interesting!! On a different topic I have been doing the push-up challenge, which is actually I think the first challenge I have done. Which does not sound that good but anyways... This challenge has been I guess sort of exciting to see how this turns out. Some days are harder then others but I don't feel like I have to do them its more of I want to do it, which sounds weird. But then its more motivating to do other things which is good!
