Intensity -
What is intensity? Have more intensity!
We get told this a lot in class and what does it really mean?? Personally it's not really going harder and faster but at the same time it is. I think it's the thought/meaning that you are putting into what you are doing. Like your mood or mindset. If you have a good mindset and are just thinking about what you are doing in the moment, you are going to do it with better technique and form. You are just thinking about the move/technique you're on. You are not thinking about the next move, or what you will have for supper, or the bird outside. So it's more about the thought behind what your doing, leading you to do better technique.
