The Best Title Ever
I don't really know what I want to blog about, but I don’t want to not blog I guess. Trying to keep it consistent.
I was thinking about my requirements and how I sort of have a good routine for my fitness and some requirements. But I'm still struggling with my form reps. My current routine for the fitness and some requirements is not really pushing me past my limits which one doesn't want to do. One also doesn't want to just stay the same. We always want to be improving somehow. So I'm thinking on how I can start pushing myself but not losing my current routine as well. Which is not hard but hard at the same time, sort of. But this improving could be as simple as getting my form reps done.
