Thursdays -

I have been doing personally quite good. I probably could be doing more, like practicing more forms. Whenever I think of things I need to work on the first thing that comes to mind is your forms. Doing forms can help fix lots of things, like your stances, technics, flowing from stance to stance and more (probably). 

I have a certain sort of schedule that I follow when doing push ups and sit-ups. But over the last two weeks I have been struggling in doing the push-up and sit-ups on Thursday. Its a bit weird but I'm only struggling with this on Thursday. And I'm ending up doing it on Friday. So I hope that I can fix this but its not like I'm messing up on the routine, I just end up doing in it on Friday. Thursday is probably one the busiest days for me. But not really at the same time, because I don't really get home in till around 5 but by then I am sort of tired but that's still not really an excuse. But otherwise I have been doing good.
