Class -
I have started going to the class before mine, the level 1 teen/adult class. It has been really nice being in the back of that class just watching and participating in it. It's also nice because it was like I have two different classes I get to go to. I also started going to the Tai Chi class, which I am finding sort of hard just because I like doing faster forms over slower ones. It's still nice to do the slower forms because I can focus on my breathing and just calming my mind, and also the flow of one move to another. So I think going to Tai Chi is really going to help me overall.
