Stiff Swinging Kick -

We were doing the stiff swinging kick in class and we were told to bring are leg down faster, to protect the groin and not leaving it so exposed. Sort of like a kick. And I never really thought of it as a kick, normally just a stretch we did. But I think it depends on your intent behind the kick. Like if you thinking about it sort of like an ax-kick then you would come down faster and stronger. So it really just depends on what your thinking about or your intent behind the kick.
