Tai chi -

When I first started doing tai chi I honestly did not like it that much. Found it really slow and I am more keen the the faster paced forms. But lately I have been seeing the benefits, like when im in class I tend to drift off and start thinking about random things but in Tai chi I always find myself  telling to stay in the moment. Saying "where am I and what am I doing". Tai chi is also good because you can feel when your techniques don't end at the same time, sort of like they are just waiting for the other had to finish. So than you have to slow one down or speed the other hand up basically just good timing.

When your also flowing between moves you have a lot of components that you have to make sure you think about, like double pivot, which way your hands are moving which I guess is for anyform I just think about it more when I'm doing a slower form. So I'm more thinking about the transitions from one move to another.
