Work -
I don't really were to start, for the past bit I have been really struggling with just a lot of things in my life. and one of them being kung fu, it has just been taking a lot more effort in like classes. it may just be because of how hot it has been getting, but that could just be me making an excuse so I don't feel as bad. so I normally do my like push-ups and sit-ups in the morning and recently I haven't been sleeping that well, I think from stress from my upcoming PAT's. I think that I just have to try to get into A routine. then that may force me to get back to sleeping well again but when I normally try to get back to my old routine it starts good in the start of the week, and then sort of crashes at the end of the week. It doesn't have to be the one I was in before because I'm a totally different person now. But I can always do a lot of talk and never get to the actual working part. Its starting and keeping up the routine that I have put in place is probably the hardest. Then it could be going good and one wrong day could just mess me up. But I at least have to try because then I will be making some improvement rather than making no improvement.
