Struggling -
For the past while I have been struggling with my mental health and I have been really lacking in doing anything, I have been procrastinating writing this blog for like a week now. I have been struggling with normal day to day things. I don't really know how to get past this point. Normally when I go to kung fu I can leave all my problems at the door but recently I cant seem to let them go. They always seem to just stick around so it makes it way harder to focuses on anything I'm doing. Then my practicing (if it happens) never really is mindful so I don't feel like I'm getting much out of it. I really want to get past this point because I don't really want to waste my summer away. I had a lot of goals that I wanted to achieve through out the summer. Even though its been like a week and a bit it feels like it has already been way longer.
