Run -

There hasn't been much of a chance from last time. There have been a few things, like me and Noa have started to run home from kung fu, well haft way, we get dropped of then run the rest of the way home. I have never liked running as I tend to forget how to breath sometimes, like I just end up breathing through my mouth then it sort of turns in to hyperventilating. So when we do run I have been focusing on breathing in through my nose and out through my mouth. So far we have ran twice last Wednesday and then last Thursday as well. When I run with someone I feel like I cant stop because I feel like I'm letting the other person down, in reality I am just letting my self take the easy way out when I know I can keep going. I feel like I tend to find a easy way out instead of trying to push myself. At first I didn't think I could run the whole way but with Noa's encouragement I kept going and I did keep running. After I felt really accomplished and proud that I didn't stop. 

So even doing small things can help keep your motivation up. And I having a partner can be beneficial some times. Like Noa is always there to remind me to keep trying and just to do my best. Even if its something small Noa will make it feel like an accomplishment which is always really nice, and helps me keep going.
