Starting -

I have been have an extremely hard time getting started on my requirements. Which is really hard to say because, new year new start. So I should have started my year off strong but I didn't and now I can't seem to get started. I have been having a hard time sleeping over the past while but I'm going to try to train in the mornings for half an hour. I am going to try and do this for a while and once I get into a stabler routine I will try updating my time to an hour in the morning. But if that doesn't work then I will go back to my baseline, the half an hour. I will work with the haft an hour and start working towards the hour again. But the hardest part of this is starting. But you already failed if you never even try, so I'm going to try my best.
