Struggling -

School, kung fu and so on. 
School. I started school last Thursday, and I have noticed a big drop in my mental health. I am so mentally and physically drained from school. I’m really struggling with my friend right now as well as the whole being in new classes and adjusting to new teachers. Just over all I am really struggling.
Kung fu. When I go to kung fu I am happy and it does help relax me. It’s mostly when I get home I start to crash and I realize I have stuff I have to do for school but I’m already really tired, I get home around 9ish or later. 
Mostly just school has been making my mental drop. I’m sure ones I adjust more I will be able to regulate my emotions in a better manner.
