Kicks -
One of the thinks I realized from the break-a-thon is that I have not been doing my front thrusts right. I has focusing on “thrusting” my kick, but lost the snap. As the front thrust and snap are compared you think the snap kick has a snap and the front thrust does not but that not true. I new there was a snap but I was just ended up focusing on the thrust.
I wanted to do kicks for one of my personal requirements I just didn’t know which kick, this has showed me that I need to take a step back. I need to look at my Kung fu without being wrapped up in it, if that makes sense. The front thrust is the basics. If I don’t have this, my foundation, later on it will come crashing down. So I believe I need to get on this. I need to not just realize there is a snap but also put it into motion. You can say and hear things but nothing will move forwards if you don’t try and fail, try and succeed.
