Tai Chi -

tai chi. Oh how I love tai chi. But at times it's a lot different. This week was one of those days. 

As I see all the benefits that I have gained because of tai chi. My eye for detail as improved greatly and I believe I have tai chi to thank for that, as well as some other things. As well as my flow has improved from tai chi. But even though I see the benefits there are times when they get harder to see. Like this week I had a rough day on Wednesday and although I thought I would be able to just leave it at the door, it was not that easy. I found myself just being stuck in my head, on every little bad thing that has been going on. I found myself shaking a lot throughout the span of class, making it really hard to do the form or even just standing still. So even though I love kung fu and I really appreciate how deep I can go I still struggle with it more than I would like.
