Struggling Again -

I have really been struggling with a lot of things recently. Mental health, school, Kung fu, and just keeping up with social stuff. My school has been causing me to have to miss Kung fu, which leads to my mental health to crash, which then leads to not being able to focus, then not doing good at school work and paying attention, then the loop just starts over. It all seems like a lot at the moment and I’m having a really hard time trying to stay positive. There are times when I do feel more relaxed but the stress and anxiety is always there. I don’t really know what to do, but I just thought I would right it down. Help get it out of my head. 

I don’t really have any progress with Kung fu, but my partner for team forms and I have made some progress which has been nice. Although I’m really nervous for the tiger challenge. Although really excited but still have a lot to do.
