Updates -

This week was really hectic for me and I ended up missing quite a bit of Kung fu. Recently Kung fu has felt like I haven’t been making much progress. Even though some of my forms I have made progress it’s not as much or a good as I have been wanting them to be. I know I just have to get down and work on them but I have felt really overwhelmed with school and just general life, as I have had a lot going on. 

But here are some things that I have gotten so I can try and keep my perspective positive. I got help to make the spear form to not feel as “soft”. With some help we realized I was not snapping at the end and just sort of pushing the spear out. So this was really good bc I have not felt like the way I was doing this form has not been strong. 
Some of my forms like da mu hsing and Lao gar I have been focusing on my intent and power and it has been improving slightly. As well as small tweaks here and there.
