Gym? -

Recently my friend has brought me along to the tri when they work out. And I have found it has been really fun and helpful to fill the time of the summer. We normally go in the mornings which is when the tri is really peaceful and not to many people. I have been trying to get back into working out but never found the motivation to do anything but when my friend literally comes into my house to drag me out of bed to go to the gym, it helps with the motivation. I am so thankful for them. 
I recently found some exercise that might help improve my jumping which will help me with lion stacks(or I hope) so I’m giving that a chance. 
I also have found since going to the gym it has made my days more productive and enjoyable. And I just look forward to the days when we do go.
