Crane defence

I have been working on feeling my energy throughout a form or technique. This has been a lot of internal thinking and practicing. I run through moves in my head and see different diagrams on how to move. That's just how I always think. In black belt class we were working on the crane choke defence and I originally was breaking it down into segments to get the movements. But then near the end of the class I was thinking of how to flow from one move to the next well keeping the release of power strong. At this point I couldn't figure out the right balance of how much to connect the two. I think I was trying to push them together to much as they still as two different moves and I need to make sure I still have that. But at the same time I think they both do connect slightly as I realize that too.
