Lost
I feel like I’m not progressing in the right way? Like I’m progressing in ways that are cool and doing certain things that I want to do but in the end I feel like I’m losing the other side. I have been working more on my chi and energy and how it flows and releases, but not as much of the 100% aspect. Like I think I am but at the same time I feel like I’m not. But in the end I just overall feel lost.
I had a pretty bad mental crash this week and I have been trying to work my way out of that.. It’s been taking a lot out of me. So that’s probably why I’m feeling this lost. But at the same time I have been struggling with figuring out what I should blog about for the past 2 weeks (I haven't missed one blog yet tho) which has kept me going. I’m trying to look at the things I am improving on to help gather my mental status back, Altho I’m struggling with the feeling like I’m forgetting thing..
