Struggling, mornings -

I have been struggling with my mental health a lot more recently. I find when I wake up im already feeling exhausted and not wanting to do anything. This has been really hard because I have a really hard time doing anything, including staying awake at school which has impacted me in a really negative way as it’s just a long repetitive cycle until I can break it.
But recently I have started working out with my dad in the morning. This has been extremely helpful on all cylinders! For starters I have mostly stopped falling asleep in my classes at school! That has helped me on understanding the lesson more, as I didn’t miss half of it. In addition to waking up early I have cut back on taking naps which has been a bit hard as I am often really tired after school.. In not taking naps I tend to go to sleep a lot faster at night. As well I have been in better moods overall in the morning as I’m starting my day off in a more productive and positive way! I used to work out in the mornings but then stopped when I couldn’t get the schedule down but I’m really going to work hard to keep this routine!
In the mornings we tend to do a 20-25 minute arm/leg/core workout and then for 10-15 minutes for forms and other things, this has been really insightful because we bounce questions off each other and give feedback to the other. I really enjoy this time I get to spend with my dad.
