Going on a trip
Last week I was gone on a trip and as it was REALLY fun and I really enjoyed myself, I got back late last sunday and it kinda hit me that I'm actually back and have a LOT of responsibilities to take care of. The main one on my mind is kung fu. With teaching and my own training it has been a lot to take in, as I feel like I missed a lot. A lot of practice missed and a lot of time lost. As I didn’t do like any training well I was on my trip.. I did lots of walking and aok but not a lot of push ups, sit-ups, etc.. But the best thing I can do right now is Kung fu. Just keeping the consistency in my life and not letting it go. I had a lot of mixed emotions with Kung fu as my mental state has been effecting it a lot. In like I have been kind of avoiding this blog, and just getting started with my training again…
