Change

I feel like I should have stuff to blog about but it all seems like not enough. I’m training but I know I could be doing more. I have been having trouble with my motivation. Whether that’s going to the gym, participating in classes, or just basic things like getting out of bed. I find I only train when I’m at the kwoon. I am at the kwoon almost every night, which can get a bit overwhelming at times but I always love when I’m there. So I do get to practice my forms and other things, but I have been finding it to be really hot and I just end up feeling exhausted. This week has felt off, because it has been. My family was out camping for the first half of the week which left me alone, and for some reason I felt quite lonely. Then the second half and for the next few days I’m working, which is different because it’s a new job, and just new people. But it’s a new experience which is nice! The moral of this blog is that things have been off. But I’m taking things one step at a time and with open arms.
