Starting school, again

This week I started post secondary, which has been a change from the summer. I was quite stressed and overwhelmed. And I slightly, probably more then, over panicked on the first day. But I feel like I have adjusted well, and I'm sort of getting the hang of my new routine. Some days are harder but I always try to end them in more of a positive mindset, like just feeling accomplished or proud of what I have achieved. I have also come to realize that I don’t have any more free days. Like I am either working, at school, or studying. This has been harder because I went from all my days being free to none of them. Having a lot less free time has greatly affected my Kung fu, as I’m not attending the adult classes anymore(I will prob occasionally but not for now.) and those classes were when I would get to think deeper on my Kung fu. I find by the time Kung fu roles around I am already extremely exhausted. But I know it’s just the first week and once I get more of the hang of my current schedule I will incorporate more Kung fu.

  1. I’m sure you will do great. Always believe in yourself and ask (Jacob) for help if needed.

  2. I’m pretty sure you will shift and adapt and find a new structure that works. And you’ll find yourself wondering how you ever thought you were busy before post-secondary. Lol. It’s only challenging until it’s not. 💕
