love for tai chi
I have been making an effort to get back into doing tai chi and it has really been beneficial. I drifted a bit when school started. But I have been making plans ahead of time to be able to stay and participate in class. This last Wednesday during class I realized I could really feel my chi. I didn't feel like my mind was somewhere else. I also didn't feel any sort of new pain. It just felt really good. I also think I made some good progress in the long tai chi form. When I do tai chi it makes me step back and just breathe which is a nice break from being stressed and running around. And just my love for kung fu grows stronger when I start to intertwin it with tai chi.
