Doing little things

I have had a hard time with keeping my mental health in check. Like I have a hard time doing things as I know it’s not where I should be. But this mindset just sets me up for failure before I even start. I have been trying to start anew and switch my mind into thinking I have to start somewhere. Even if the ‘somewhere’ isn’t where I want it to be, I have to build the consistency. The consistency is something I struggle with, as it feel like I should be doing more and then I add more and it just avalanches… Something that’s was mentioned was doing just 10 push-up and sit-ups everyday. I know this isn’t where I should be. I have to start somewhere and build the consistency. I will do 10 everyday, and blog about how it works next week.
