rope dart

I have been working on my beta rope dart form more recently. As before I was still just trying to get used to how to move the rope dart. But now I have a small base to work with. This feels really good, as I haven't been doing the best this year so far. It feels like even though some things may be falling apart I'm still here. I'm still trying. And that alone feels good. Because I know I could be doing better and I still want to strive for better but I also don't want to disregard what I am doing. I have a small foundation to my form and its not perfect or anything but that's okay, it's a beta form and I know I will continue to work and thrive for better. Not to long of a blog, but I wanted to make sure I wrote something.
