Napping

I tend to nap a lot. I don't get the best sleep to begin with and with the naps it inevitable get worse. So here are some good and bad things about naps. When napping(and I'm talking about quick naps) you may often feel kind of groggy right when waking up but it typically goes away within 35 mins. But after this it may improve your alertness and make you less tired. It also improves your performance and reaction time as your not as tired. Although napping does have its downfall. If you nap for to long or take to may small naps you will probably experience trouble sleeping at night. This would include falling asleep or even staying asleep. Also, so research also links naps that are longer then an hour have a higher risk of conditions such as high blood pressure. etc.

If you are deciding to nap, it says to only take 20-30 min naps and to not nap after 3pm as it would interfere with being able to sleep in the night.
