Tai Chi

Over my journey with tai chi I have always been tight to my body. This has causes some struggles as I keep improving as there as some moves that I need to open up more then I was originally comfortable with. This has helped me realize and try and open up more. Which is hard to break old habits but I think I'm moving in the right direction. There are a LOT of places where you can dive deeper and really focuses on so much. Which is something I tend to over do? Like focusing on things sometimes leads me down a rabbit hole. Which can sometimes lead to good but also bad sometimes because I get wrapped up in every little thing. But overall I think my tai chi is improving and I'm really happy with it.
